Payment Terms

• One-third payment is due prior to beginning the job, and the balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, paypal, venmo, cash app, credit card.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Warranties & Guarantees

• Manufacturer warranties apply to new parts and doors installed.
• Labor warranties, if offered will be specified in writing at the time of service.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

Liability

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safe and proper installation and repair.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage resulting from pre-existing issues, improper previous installations.
• Conditions beyond our control (such as extreme weather events).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service-call fee.
